Roles and Responsibilities
- Analyze and organize raw data
- Build data systems and pipelines
- Evaluate business needs and objectives
- Interpret trends and patterns
- Conduct complex data analysis and report on results
- Prepare data for prescriptive and predictive modeling
- Build algorithms and prototypes
- Combine raw information from different sources
- Explore ways to enhance data quality and reliability
- Identify opportunities for data acquisition
- Develop analytical tools and programs
- Collaborate with data scientists and architects on several projects
Desired Candidate Profile
- For Azure data engineers 3-7 years of hands-on experience in SQL Programming, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Data lake, Synapse is required.
OR
- For Data Engineer:
- 3-7 years of hands-on experience on Hadoop, Spark, Hive
- Should have good working experience in Python.
- Experience with AWS or Google cloud.
- Nice to have experience with Kafka
- Should be able to do coding, debugging, performance tuning and deploying the apps to Prod.
- Ability to work on the sprint stories to completion along with Unit test case coverage.
- Experience working in Agile Methodology
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
