Job Location: Hyderabad/Secunderabad

As Senior Sales Analyst your work as an individual contributor with one junior reporting to you, would have an enormous influence on the sales team s daily operations and decision-making capability. The role would involve supporting the global lead gen, marketing and sales team with all operational requirements in a timely manner; ensuring processes are in place for operational efficiencies to support rapid scaling and that reporting provides insights into where attention needs to be given and pinpoints the reasons why they fell short of or hit their goals.

You would also be responsible for supporting these teams with any tickets, queries or requests relating to your scope of work and prioritizing tasks, providing strategic input, and ensuring deadlines and company objectives are met.

Requirements

What will I be doing

  • Building complex reporting, dashboarding and sales forecasting
  • Management, administration, and maintenance of the sales tech stack, including Outreach, basic SFDC administrator experience required.
  • Evaluation and presentation of new tech stack tools.
  • Management of all SFDC leads, opportunities and accounts as well as bulk uploading of field updates, data reviews and holding teams accountable for data accuracy.
  • Functional expert in your area and optimize sales process
  • Create and Maintain Tool Documentations this can include FAQs, process documents and training documentation
  • Support the sales team and leaders with ad-hoc requests
  • Commission plans and calculations
  • CPQ / Zuora experience beneficial to assist sales team with queries and improve SFDC to Zuora workflows.

What skills do I need

  • Bachelor s degree with MBA
  • At least 5 years of experience working in sales operations/associated function, 3 years in a senior role.
  • Have good business acumen on how sales orgs operate and scale
  • Deep expertise on sales automation and CRM systems (Salesforce), including basic SFDC admin requirements to support the sales and marketing teams.
  • Deep expertise in building reports in Salesforce. Power BI/QuickSite beneficial.
  • Experience working with tech stack such Outreach.
  • CPQ / Zuora experience beneficial
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable presenting findings to the executive team
  • Ability to work as part of a dynamic team while demonstrating flexibility, initiative, and a focus on delivering results
  • A strong sense of ownership and a pro-active attitude
  • Ability to manage a large workload and prioritize accordingly
  • Attention to detail, process driven and a strategic thinker
  • Willingness to work extended hours during periods of high demand like quarter-close or year-end
  • Hours are flexible as long as you are working between 19:30-10pm IST.
