Whats this role about?
As an Techno Functional Analyst you will be part of a development team, who are working on developing a SaaS platform that is going to be used for quote to order. You need to play a lead role during the implementation, identifying, and documenting client business requirements, mapping and configuring the solution for different subscription module to meet the clients requirements, and providing guidance to the client to achieve a successful implementation. Need to guide team for successful implementation and helping team to achieve the common goal pertaining to the project.

As Techno Functional Analyst, your main responsibilities are to:
Good end to end experience in Subscription Lifecycle
The role holder will be responsible for Requirement analysis and specification through to data analysis, co-relating client impact and experience.
The role dimensions are further widened by ownership and contribution to end to end Solutioning & Design
Experience in design and configuration of Billing System and different module of subscription life cycle
Experience in automating business processes. (Tools-Zuora,SAP BRIM etc) Workflows configuration/migration.
Experience in integrating billing engine/different subscription modules with Systems like Oracle/Salesforce/SAP using APIs
Understand client business requirements and provide recommendations and best practices
Experience in documentation, business analysis, design and integration
Define and implement the flows between Billing System and various modules such as payment gateway, fraud & tax services, MDM system, and business-critical systems like CRM, Salesforce, ERP, and other internal services;
Keep up-to-date with the latest technology and subscription management domain trends, propose and conduct R&D projects that would be beneficial to the client, act as an evangelist to spread the knowledge;
Establish, recommend, or modify current business processes and technical integration flows where applicable.
Resolve architectural and design problems, and address other concerns as necessary;
Participate in defining client requirements, assisting internal customers to express their needs;
Be an active contributor to internal best practices in terms of analysis and development, promote and ensure their adherence within the team;
Design test plans and test cases and help the business and testing team during implementation;
Define subscription data quality checks across the entire ecosystem. Skills required to contribute:
Skills required to contribute:
Sound understanding of the subscription business model;
Knowledge of Subscription Management like renewals, amendments, and other features (ZUORA Preferable)
Excellent knowledge of any Billing Platform (Billing & Payments, Finance) preferably ZUORA,SAP BRIM;
Good knowledge of Zuora Object Model, Zuora workflows configuration, REST API;
Extensive experience with Zuora Developer Tools;
Excellent knowledge on various integrations from Zuora;
Experience in business analysis, systems design, integration, and implementation;
In-depth knowledge of Admin features and setups like setting up Roles, permissions, Billing templates, etc
Excellent communication, planning, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
Experience in Agile methodologies.
