QualificationsWhat you must bring –
- Engg. Degree and MBA from a reputed institute
- 4 – 6 yearsโ experience working with digital products, preferably in internal automation of an organization
- Experience in implementing technology solutions for internal process โ finance, HR, Administration etc.
- Ability to manage and execute large scale change programs that are transformational both from a business and technical requirement expectation
- Experience in working with startups in India
ResponsibilitiesWhat will you do –
- Requirement Modelling and analysis, outlining problems.
- Creating detailed business & system requirements documents.
- Opportunities and solutions for business / enabling functions.
- Work with development teams communicating the requirements to the development team
- Will be responsible for undertaking User acceptance trainings
- Work with stakeholders and teams for platform roll out

- Embed real-time analytics that yield business insights and drive tactical and strategic decisions.
