Job Detail:
The 81qd Strategy & Insights team focuses on developing robust, analytics-driven solutions tailored to clients’ specific market challenges and brand needs. This team is looking for Analysts who are excited about the intersection of marketing, data science and strategic consulting in healthcare. This job requires an analytical mind, an entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, and organizational skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support project delivery for 81qd engagements
- Gain an in-depth understanding of 81qd offerings and capabilities, and effectively represent 81qd in client discussions
- Produce slides, charts and graphs that clearly depict results from 81qd analytical platforms
- Build strategic client presentations with insights, analysis, and recommendations
- Research disease areas and market dynamics to support analytical plan development for projects
- Support our clients in their use of 81qd analytics by participating in strategic working sessions and building training guides
- Support successful client delivery, including addressing emerging issues, delivering all client commitments within time/budget constraints, and exceeding client service and quality standards
- Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately
REQUIREMENTS:
- B.A. or B.S. with academic excellence (preferred discipline in biologic sciences, engineering, biostatistics, economics, health policy or similar)
- Proven analytical and conceptual skills that have enabled the candidate to excel in academics and prior work positions
- Demonstrated leadership potential through specific examples of initiative and leadership in a work or non-work setting
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn new information and quickly build a knowledge base
- Capacity to handle a high degree of multitasking on a daily basis
- An independent thinker and solution-oriented; able to work well under pressure
- Self-motivated and works well independently, as well as collaborates favorably in a team environment
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
