Roles and Responsibilities
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana (Remote)
We are seeking a motivated, creative, and innovative full-time Business Analyst/Senior Business Analyst Global FP&A to join our fast-paced Finance shared service team. The successful candidate should be having prior experience working in shared service center and having global FP&A experience for North America, EMEA and APAC regions and worked with international controller. The candidate should be comfortable working directly with other teams but also be an independent self-starter capable of meeting high output expectations.
- Well versed with preparation of Annual Budgets, Monthly Quarterly Forecasts, Scenario and Simulations.
- Management Reports – Reporting of financial results on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Prepare monthly and quarterly commission calculations accurately
- Weekly pipeline reporting and closely working with sales team on trend analysis
- Preparing ARR/CARR calculations, contract database reconciliation
- Financial Analysis Provide and present meaningful, concise, and clear analysis, including variance analysis to senior management on financial issues and performances (actual versus budget/forecast/ prior quarters, etc.
- Manage adhoc financial data analysis, queries, reconciliations and reports as required by Stakeholders
- Provide ideas, solutions, and tools to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of FPA function
- Initiate improvement projects for Finance, monitor and deliver on agreed service level metrics.
- Automation to bring process efficiencies
- Should be well versed in excel
- Develop dashboards for reporting, monthly reporting packs at functional levels
Desired Candidate Profile
- Qualified MBA/ Post-Graduate with 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- We highly recommend individuals with financial Planning and Analysis and worked with various global team
- Self-motivated, passionate individuals with curiosity to generate actionable insights by focusing on the why it happened behind what happened.
- Highly experienced in developing business models, consolidation models.
- Strong attention to detail with managing multiple tasks and adapting to a changing, fast-paced environment.
- Experience in working with MS Excel, Financial Planning Tools, and SQL.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills to drive results.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to work with a high degree of autonomy.
