The Opportunity
Adobe is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our organization. You will be a key member of the Adobe Programmatic Upsell team with responsibilities including strategic support of senior sales leaders. You’ll be tasked with understanding and driving key initiatives for their organization. The ability to lead projects as well as deliver measurable results will be a crucial aspect. Internal sourcing to complete complex projects and the capability to drive projects across a broad spectrum of team members is fundamental to the role as well as analyzing and dissecting data in a conclusive manner.
What you’ll Do
Understanding the strategies of the organization and bringing data and perspectives to the leader
Build reporting and analyze business performance applying SQL, PowerBI, and Excel
Optimize ways to communicate findings and insights to partners in the field operations organization
Proactively identify and mitigate issues with data that may impede the progress of business objectives or inhibit the measurement of performance
Prioritizing and completing cross-functional projects on a consistent basis
Owning initiatives coming out of meetings and driving to completion
Leading multiple short-term project from envision to completion
Supporting individual contributors and front-line managers on a day-to-day rhythm
What you need to succeed
Sophisticated skills with Salesforce.com or other CRM technology, Excel, PowerBI, Tableau
Advanced knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and transformation in joined data sets
Expertise in using business analytics and sales data to make decisions and find trends to validate or invalidate existing GTM strategy
Very strong Project Manager skills
Ability to multitask and lead many projects at one time
Able to thrive in a highly dynamic, flexible work environment and switch rapidly from strategy to execution
3 – 5 years of work experience in sales operations, finance, strategy, or management consulting
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
Bonus Points
Analytics experience in B2B software sales
MS Analytics, Statistics, Applied Economics
Pursuant to the New York City Pay Transparency Law, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role if based in New York City.
New York Starting Salary $105,600 – $137,100
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
