Marketing Analyst
The Marketing Analyst will be a catalyst for the continued growth acceleration of Innovative Renal Care by contributing to the development of the business and marketing strategy. This role will work to identify priority markets for growth and development, analyze markets that have high incidence rates, provide critical inputs in support of the strategic plan, and create competitive and quarterly business analytics. The Marketing Analyst will use data and analytic tools to support not only the geographic opportunities for existing products and services, but also identify new market opportunities/niches for new innovative products and services/solutions.
Responsibilities
- Perform valid and reliable market research and analysis and create repeatable models
- Devise and evaluate methods for collecting and aggregating data, as well as using existing market analysis and predictive analytics platform (publicly available, purchased surveys, surveys, questionnaires, opinions, polls)
- Collaborate with team members from across the organization to identify data driven opportunities to add value to existing partners
- Develop frameworks for market definition and market identification
- Work collaboratively with IRC’s Director of Business Development to support existing growth opportunities
- Design and build dashboards to measure performance and assist in directing team’s efforts towards initiatives with the largest impact
- Identify, communicate, and lead the resolution of data gaps that impede the fulfilment of growth and successful partnership
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to determine opportunity for meaningful enterprise-wide KPIs
- Provide regular updates to leadership team on performance and learnings of market analysis initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analysis, Marketing Analysis or related equivalent experience is required. Healthcare experience is a plus.
- 7+ years of relevant experience and performing comprehensive drill-down marketing analyses from a business perspective
- High degree of proficiency in SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, and visualization tools such as SSRS, Power BI or Tableau. Ability to design data visualizations beyond basic Excel
- Experience working with structured and unstructured data
- A motivated individual that is excited by the opportunity to learn and grow a business
- A professional who possesses excellent analytical and numerical skills and are deeply creative with great problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort in ambiguity; desire to be a self-starter
- Must be comfortable speaking and leading analytical discussions with stakeholders and leadership
