Job Summary:
As a Data Analyst at Amway India, you will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights. You will work closely with various departments to analyze data, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations that support business objectives and enhance decision-making processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Data Collection: Gather, clean, and organize data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that can drive business decisions.
- Reporting: Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Data Interpretation: Interpret data results to provide insights and recommendations that align with business goals.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Data Quality: Ensure data integrity and consistency across various databases and systems.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance data analysis efficiency.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-12 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, R, Python).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and stay updated with industry trends.
