Description

Field verify information

Create spreadsheets

Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database.

Update information in a database.

Organize existing data in a spreadsheet.

Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records.

Operate common office equipment, like scanners and printers.

Search for and investigate information contained in files.

Input text-based and numerical information from source documents.

Provide occasional administrative support.

Sort and organize hard copies of paperwork after entering data electronically.

Review data for deficiencies or errors.

Assist with special projects that require large amounts of data entry.

Provide data entry support across departments on an ad-hoc basis.

Type in data quickly and efficiently.

Candidate will need to wear company log shirts Candidate will need to wear appropriate pants/shorts and shoes. NO CUT OFF SHORTS OR JEANS, NO SWEATPANTS, T-SHIRST WITH LOGOS, PICTURES OR SYMBOLS.

Skills/Qualifications

Proficient in Excel

Must be friendly, responsive, flexible and personable to the needs of others.

Must be able to organize soft copy and hard copy data in a systematic way.

Inputs information quickly and accurately from a variety of sources into an existing excel database.

Pays attention to details.

One team mind set but can work independently.

Ability to remain self-motivated at all times.

Physical activity This is a physically demanding position. This person must be fit enough to walk much of the day, to climb stairs, to endure the winter cold and/or rain storms. This person must be able to ride a bicycle.

Able to climb on a ladder

Ability to carry a 40lbs ladder

Ability to carry a 10lbs backpack

Experience inspecting smoke devices is a plus but not required

Most experienced candidate will be considered for the lead position.

Requirement – Computer Skills

Intermediate computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word and Excel).

Must Be Able To Use Excel To

look up items, insert and delete rows and columns, hide and unhide rows and columns, sort, cut, copy, paste, select, edit content, print input.

Must be proficient enough to create databases

Must be proficient enough to create working pivots and formulas to accurately represent data entered/gathered.
