Job Location: Gurgaon
Job Description
✓ You will be responsible for MIS reporting, analysis and creating/designing new templates based on the requirements, standardization and automation of new and existing templates
✓ Efforts include improving processes, project management, responding to ad-hoc requests and performing user acceptance testing for any system changes that impact financial reporting tools and processes
✓ You will be responsible for the design and development of management reports on Tableau and OBIEE platforms and process re-engineering and automation of reports to eliminate manual efforts
✓ You will maintain valued relationships with business managers and leaders, while consistently delivering high-quality results and serve as primary contact for assigned stakeholders while helping to develop new metrics and reporting to meet the changing needs of the business
Key Skills
✓ Ability to use financial controlling / reporting tools, i.e., Tableau/OBIEEE
✓ Expertise (minimum 2 to 3 years prior experience) in Advance Excel with Automation (VBA), MS Access, SQL and other MS office tools
✓ Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment; managing multiple streams of work
✓ Possess exceptional analytical, interpersonal and communication skills; outstanding organizational and administrative skills with a strong attention to detail. Awareness & understanding of Finance IT systems, e.g., architecture & data flows would be desirable
✓ Team player with a positive attitude. Proven ability to handle confidential information
