Job Description
As a Business Services Analyst in facilities management, you will be responsible for uncovering impactful insights that put Aramark clients in the facilities management industry ahead of the curve. Using leading-edge technology and analytics to synthesize operational and consumer data to optimize strategies that enhance Aramark’s value proposition and blaze a trail for innovation. Through continuous expansion of analytical capabilities and a comprehensive method of understanding the industry at large to harnesses the power of data as the most strategic asset in maximizing value for consumers, operators, and businesses alike.
Job Responsibilities
- To upload and manage data using Excel.
- Positively interact with the Aramark and client leadership during new account start ups
- Prepare Contract Set Up supporting documentation
- Work autonomously,
- Complete special projects and assignments as required
- Works in Business Intelligence Platforms to develop innovative ways to deliver insights
- Leverages existing data models to support development of business intelligence reports and objects that enable the Facilities Management Business Unit’s strategy
- Support the continued automation and execution of operationally critical reports to venue staff that enable measurement of venue performance during an event
- Work collaboratively with data stakeholders, front line staff, and other team members to execute analytical initiatives
- Act as a data steward and support data quality initiatives to ensure accuracy in reports and dashboards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, or related field
- Must have demonstrated familiarity working with business intelligence tools (e.g. QlikView, QlikSense, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.), having a certification in one or several tools a plus; links to/copies of prior work or portfolio are welcomed
- Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated ability to solve problems
- Ability to present complicated analytical material in a concise and compelling manner, using visualizations where applicable
- Demonstrated initiative in identifying issue areas and suggestions for improvement
- Self-motivated, is naturally data-driven, detail oriented, and willing to test solutions to find the best outcome
- Strong organizational, project management and time management skills
- Experience with relational databases a plus
- Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as: Excel, PowerPoint and Access
- Proven ability to collaborate with others, present, and defend ideas
