Arcosa Aggregates is searching for a Business Analytics Intern for our Arlington, TX office. In this role you will support a positive safety culture. As a Business Analytics Intern, you will work alongside your hiring manager, mentor, and team to complete financial tasks critical for Arcosa Aggregate’s success.

What You’ll Do
- Comply with all industry safety rules, procedures and applicable government regulations
- Conduct data analysis including basic statistical analysis
- Prepare initial quality, reports and presentation materials
- Conduct client research including interviews, market research and surveys
- Use and develop communication skills to communicate project findings, conclusions, and recommendations
- Analyzes issues and determines next steps
- Develop a presentation around your activities and present to management at the end of your internship
- Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed
What You’ll Need
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field from an accredited college or university
- Previous work or classroom experience in one or more of the following: Finance, Statistics, or Business Analytics
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving ability
- High degree of self-motivation, passion, and a drive to learn
- Ability to balance multiple priorities
- Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn from mentors and peers
- Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship. (10 weeks)
