We are looking for an experienced senior Cybersecurity Analytics and Data Mining Engineer that will be responsible for leading the efforts to develop analytic solutions (hardware, analytics, tools, techniques, practices, deployment, standards, performance specifications, etc.) for analytic use cases developed during the performance of this project. They will work closely with the Analytics Research team to identify platform enhancements that support the forward looking analytics. They will have a hybrid work location including remote as well onsite at the government’s Arlington, VA location.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
BS degree in a related field
15+ years in highly related work, advanced knowledge of cyber threats, tools, techniques, and processes. This includes:
- Designing solutions and creating analytic tools for consumers that assist them in building and optimizing malware products inclusive of constructing dataset procedures that can help with data mining, modeling, and production.
- Developing tools, processes and governance for capturing, modeling, storing, and delivering data for the enterprise.
- Designing data models, building data warehouses and data lakes, automating data pipelines and working with datasets of all sizes.
U.S. Citizenship required, a current Top Secret security clearance, and the ability to obtain Sensitive Compartmented Information access.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) certification desired
- Additional cybersecurity certifications
