Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Exploratory analysis on complex datasets
Develop logic to validate model performance
Experiment and iterate on machine learning modeling approaches
Learn, obtain data from, and contribute code back to a common machine learning framework
Communicate with other data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders as needed
Skills/Experience:
Solid understanding of various machine learning approaches
Experience with Python data manipulation and machine learning libraries
Strong skills in scientific data analyses, modeling, visualization and communication of results
Experience with git, docker, CI/CD pipelines, and/or geospatial toolsets is preferred
M.S. in Computer Science, Geospatial Sciences, Environmental Sciences, or related scientific discipline
