Act as an internal consultant to identify our business needs, and implement a plan of action to improve our processes across all departments. In this role you will build, develop, and maintain tools designed to drive sales growth, drive down cost, and increase overall efficiency. This individual will interface directly with senior management on a daily basis, and will be responsible for overall strategic planning.

Essential Functions Include:

• Manage the Business Intelligence team, hire, discipline, mentor,
• Create and maintain suite of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports focused on tracking Key Performance Indicators.
• Identify opportunities for growth through reviewing and analyzing sales data and develop a plan of action with the sales team.

• Optimize our Operations Team by analyzing historical data and improving forecasting models.
• Inspect and uncover business needs on a continuing basis
• Partner with Marketing to develop campaign and e-commerce success measurement plans.
• Work cross-departmentally to bolster analytics and reporting across all areas of the business, including sales, purchasing, operations, transportation, etc.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong business intelligence, and data skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing/MIS or similar, or equivalent work experience, is required.
• Report-writing/storytelling skills – developing/delivering recommendations & summaries to key business partners at all levels
• Expertise in BI tools (Tableau) preferred
• Expert in Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Microsoft Excel

• Organized, enjoys bringing daily rigor to projects and reporting in high-growth environment.
• Creative thinker who also likes to be strategic. Results oriented and fearless in suggesting new tactics, strategies based on the insights you develop.
• Possess the ability to quickly learn our business tools to develop meaningful insights.
• Must be a self-starter and be able to work with minimal supervision; desire to be in an entrepreneurial high-growth environment
