DevOps Architect
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, DevOps Architect, are to:
- Build a strong relationship with engineering teams to understand the code, its dependencies and the infrastructure needed to run it;
- Apply deep technical expertise to provide cloud-based solutions atscale;
- Help teams to develop deployment strategies that cover multiple environments;
- Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance;
- Decompose complex problems into simple solutions;
- Automate and orchestrate workloads across multiple cloud providers using configuration management system such as Terraform and Google Deployment Manager.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s Degree;
- Eight years working with cloud technologies;
- Proven ability as a leader able to work with multiple, diverse roles and personalities;
- Self-motivated driver to solve problems and able to make progress despite obstacles, strong time management skills and sense of timeliness to meet commitments;
- Strong experience with networking and vpn technologies in a cloud environment;
- Ability to communicate and transfer knowledge clearly and effectively in both technical and non-technical manners;
- Experience with automating and architecting cloud native technologies, deploying applications, and provisioning infrastructure;
- Strong experience in developing strategies for providing high availability and security;
- Experience with a scripting language like Python;
- Strong experience with source code management tools and branching strategies;
- Lead and contribute to define DevOps practices.

Entirely remote jobs that could be performed in Colorado: employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately $135,000 (or between $120,000 to $150,000). Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc..
