Role Purpose (overall high level summary of the role)
The role holder is responsible for Requirement Management and Design Management across multiple projects and programs simultaneously.
The role holder is expected to have extensive knowledge of
- BFSI domain ( Life Insurance knowledge would be advantage )
- BFSI Applications and Products ( Life Insurance knowledge would be advantage )
- Strong knowledge on SDLC
- Change Management Principles
- API /micro-service Integration amongst system ensure no techno-functional gap ( ESB /middleware/ AWS/WSO2 knowledge would be advantage). Trouble shooting of API requests using postman
- Experience in Agile methodology implementation
The role requires the elicitation and specification of business requirements, impact analysis of change, review of solutions, and key role in supporting delivery of solutions through the SDLC, communication across business customers and stakeholders.
The role shall perceive business problems and opportunities in the context of the techno-functional requirements and recommends solutions that enable the client to achieve their business objectives.
The role holder directly impacts the design of the system and provides business analysis support to ensure effective delivery (as measured by time, cost and quality) of agreed projects.
