We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented junior data analyst to join our company. This is a good position with plenty of opportunities to enhance your skill set and build your career.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets & computer essentials.
- Minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute without errors.
- Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution; Ability to work unsupervised for extended periods of time.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Ability to produce quality results in an evolving and fast-paced environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Insert data from various sources within time limits; Compile and verify accuracy according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry; Transfer data from various formats into computer files or database systems;
- Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes; Verify data by comparing it to source documents, Update existing data, Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested. Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation;
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents; Comply with data integrity and security policies. Meet established productivity and accuracy goals.
- Adhere to established company policies/procedures & seek ways to improve it; Perform other clerical tasks as required. Ex: filing, copying, etc. Receive, process and enter large quantities of documents/information into the database. Track each request and communicate with the team if there are issues; Weekly create metrics to track the project.
- Work with highly motivated people who are focused on winning by combining teamwork, rapid execution, & an uncompromising approach to quality and customer satisfaction.
Good To have:
- Previous experience as a data entry operator/specialist/executive.
