Job Location: Mumbai
Role and Responsibilities:
Candidate must have 1 to 3 years of experience in one or more of the following domains:
- Machine Learning/ Data Analytics:
- Assist in analyzing diverse sets of imperfect data and finding common patterns, theme and trends by using Big Data tools and machine learning
- Operations Research/ Statistical Analysis:
- Understanding of statistical learning and scheduling/strategy optimization and stochastic modelling
- Reliability / Quality analysis
- Field failure analysis and modelling, using statistical survival tools.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong background in statistical analysis, reliability analysis, quality analysis, modeling, optimization, estimation and data analysis tools techniques
- Hands on experience using statistical tools like SAS, Minitab, JMP (JMP – preferred)
- Proficient with Python/R/Java/Scala/Matlab or similar language – (Prefer Python)
- Experience with algorithm development and implementation (Python desired)
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Working with open source databases and tools
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Comfortable working in teams
Graduate or Post- Graduate Education in:
- Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Research, Systems or Chemical Engineering.
