The Challenge:Â Â
Do you love solving problems? Are you passionate about exploring the root cause of an issue and then analyzing, reporting, and developing recommendations for a creative solution? On our team, you’ll participate in all phases of DoD acquisition with an emphasis on the planning, analysis, documentation, and presentation phases of a wide variety of projects supporting DoD organizations.
You’ll serve as a reviewer of acquisition project and program information and assist in conducting other program reviews. You’ll assist with the development of acquisition documentation, program and project–level documentation, and assist with briefings, assist clients with the preparation of project and program–level meetings, briefings, or conferences, and prepare meeting summaries for program–wide distribution. You’ll assist with the collection, coordination, and dissemination of project and programmatic information. You’ll coordinate with government personnel across multiple internal teams to ensure comprehensive program management of research initiatives. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.

You Have:
- 5+ years of experience working in a professional environment
- Experience with using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to synthesize discussions into actionable deliverables, and collect, analyze, and use data to make, recommend, or enable decisions
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and adjust quickly to shifting priorities
- Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations
- Ability to obtain a security clearanceÂ
- HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:Â
- Experience with Army PEO or PM support
- Experience with the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process
- Experience with the Army
- Experience working with SharePoint
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,300 to $133,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position, and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
