The Opportunity:

That’s why we need you, a program management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.
On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of national transportation project initiatives. You’ll work with program leadership to review project scope documents, budgets, and schedules and interact with SMEs, schedulers, and customers. Responsibilities include analyzing, reviewing, synthesizing, and communicating data and results to enable the delivery of all projects prioritized in alignment with the client’s expectations and business needs. You Have:
- 2+ years of experience within the transportation field as a consultant or direct construction management
- Experience with client management and project management
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with Rail Transportation, engineering, capital planning, construction, infrastructure, grants management, or environmental permitting
- Experience with working in a Project Management Office (PMO) style team
- Experience with risk assessment or risk management
- Experience with data science, including VBA, R, or Python
- Ability to manage multiple assignments in a multi-disciplinary project team environment
- Ability to present ideas persuasively in written deliverable and oral presentation formats
- Ability to solve complex client problems and independently prioritize and manage work across multiple work efforts or clients
- Possession of excellent leadership and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Transportation or Engineering

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100 to $118,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
