Job Location: McLean, VA

The Opportunity:

Critical decisions are made every single day in the government. What if you could use your signals intelligence (SIGINT) analytical skills to help them make informed decisions? With all the information available today, it takes a skilled SIGINT analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. As a SIGINT analyst, you use your specialized SIGINT experience and your attention to detail to develop studies to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity for you to use those skills.

You Have:

  • 8+ years of experience with network protocol analysis
  • 8+ years of experience with the analysis of VSAT networks and systems
  • Experience with analytical tool sets for analog and digital signals analysis, including SAT, WVT, DVT, PktSwing, or Wireshark
  • Knowledge of modulation, demodulation, forward error correction, randomization, and packet analysis
  • Knowledge of modulation schemes, including PSK, QAM, or OFDM
  • Knowledge of channel access methods, including TDMA or FDMA
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • HS diploma or GED and 2+ years of experience with SIGINT, signals development (SIGDEV) or digital network intelligence


Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with working in a Linux- and command-line-driven environment
  • Experience with reverse engineering or vulnerability analysis
  • Experience with scripting languages, including C Shell, BASH, Python, or Perl
  • Knowledge of protocols associated with wireless technologies, including VPN or VoIP
  • Ability to perform research and analysis using all source resources
  • Ability to stay abreast of wireless technologies
  • Possession of strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree


Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
