WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a member of the Functional Finance Team, an integral part of BCG’s internal Worldwide Finance
organization, provide meaningful, insightful, and accurate financial support to help guide and
influence the decision-making process. The team partners with the leadership of our Global Functions,
senior finance management and local, regional and global finance colleagues across the
organization.
In this role the incumbent will be responsible for :
- Providing analytical support across a wide range of areas including Day-to-day finance operations,
- analysis, reporting, and planning for Global Services (GS) and Worldwide Initiatives (WWI) offices
- Gaining an understanding of BCG Financial systems and support the Lead analysts with preparation of
- the month end reports, variance analysis and other ad-hoc reporting for leadership discussions and
- reviews.
- Supporting strategic cross functional projects for visibility into costs, growth drivers, functional deep
- dives and scenario modelling for visibility to senior stakeholders
- Using fresh perspective to streamline processes and document best practices within the team for
- efficient accomplishment of results

- Comfort with ambiguity and willingness to embrace an iterative process
- Demonstrate strong analytic and attention to detail in problem solving approaches
- Ability to frame issues at conceptual level and collaborate to resolve them
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort managing high volume data sets

YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role will fit within the Functional Finance team, with team members located primarily in Boston,
London, and New Delhi.
