About the role:
Boston Scientific is seeking an experienced, senior level SAP Pricing Analyst to support the Magellan SAP Business Transformation program. The candidate should have background in Pricing, Contracting and Rebate configuration and ideally have worked on implementation projects for SAP where they’ve supported process transformation, configuration, and testing.

• Your responsibilities will include:
  • Support Order to Cash Product teams for Pricing, Contracts & Rebate creation and configuration.
  • Coordinate with SMEs to lead functional requirement mapping existing pricing scenarios, contracts and tiered rebate structures into S/4,
  • Lead transformation, testing, validation, follow-ups and feedback.
  • Highlight any process and functionality gaps from legacy systems.
  • Act as field level expert that drives business function.
  • Liaison between business and technical team.
  • Coordinate with System Integrator (SI) Sales & Distribution Functional Lead to provide business input and feedback and support in process & field mapping, transformation and normalization.
  • Assume ownership and responsibility for functional efficacy at process level and ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity of functional data.
  • Effectively collaborate with project team and client resources to support SI and ensure delivery on functional requirements.
  • Work closely with business process owner to support data validation activities in each configuration build cycle.
  • Support on daily basis application of Agile and iterative development methodologies.
  • Support coordinating activities for providing real-time feedback Gaps/Issues.
• What we’re looking for in you:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in SAP SD-OTC (Sales & Distribution – Order to Cash) module.
  • Working knowledge of Pricing, Contracts and Rebates.
  • Proven ability to quickly troubleshoot issues in SAP using a sound and logical approach to support the Process/Product team.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with people in other areas across the enterprise (geographical and functional) to accomplish desired outcomes.
  • Create and maintain system documentation according to the IS methodology (proposals, designs, mappings, test specs, and other deliverables as necessary).
  • Accountable for Pricing functionality issue resolution including diagnosis of problem, recommendations for workarounds, and defect correction.
  • Experience with automated software testing tools, program management and issue tracker/workflow solutions (e.g., qTest, Jira).
  • Researches and applies new technologies and best practices by leveraging experience, industry contacts, seminars, and books.
  • Works closely with the project team (internal and external) to assure a timely solution.
  • Adheres to project plans, tasks, and deliverables; identifies dependencies and resource requirements
  • Appropriately communicates project status, escalates issues, and manages timelines and action items.
  • Assists in implementing policies and procedures to facilitate efficient operations.
  • Mentor and coach more junior resources/Product teams on Data.
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
  • Demonstrates a broad knowledge of a variety of alternatives and business impact.
  • Experience with SAP S/4.
  • Experience with Medical Device or Life Sciences beneficial.
