Job Location: Bengaluru
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Work closely with the analytics lead/manager to execute the analytics projects by providing data context during the solutioning phase
-
Liaise with stakeholders to scope business problem statements, project deliverables, timelines and approach; Communicate with the business owners and the customers on the results of the analysis

Help translate business problems to analytical frameworks: extract insights from consumer, sales and other data available and provide data analysis, synthesis & presentation support

Function in a hands-on manner to do the necessary data pulls, data roll-ups, data manipulation and data cleaning, as required
-
Effect analytical solutions per project requirement by writing efficient/production ready codes

Use quantitative analytics techniques to extract insights from data, based on BU needs

Communicate insights with impact to executive management leveraging MS PowerPoint, reports, BI tools

In depth knowledge of PBI and SQL

Develop fact-based recommendations for business where relevant

For relevant identified projects, structure and manages all aspects of the project (e.g., objectives, scope, plans/ scorecards, cross-functional engagement, problem solving, documentation, syndication, etc.)

Collaborate cross-functionally with business experts and leaders from the stake holder groups as well as subject matter experts within Nuance to deliver on project requirements
Qualifications:
Education: MBA preferred
Minimum years of experience: 2+ year of experience as a business analyst or comparable role and relevant experience solving analytical problems using quantitative methods, insight generation and communication to leadership, to solve key business problems.
Required Skills:

Relevant background may include Management consulting with focus on delivering analytically intensive projects, preferably in Hi-Tech space; Experience at top-tier management consulting a plus

Technical skills -Experience with integration of data and data structuring from multiple data sources; working with high-volume & high-dimensional data from varying sources; complex data analysis, design, support, and documentation

Analytical problem-solving ability to breakdown key issues and structure work streams

Ability to communicate complex business insights succinctly, leveraging communication tools available
-
Ability to independently drive their work; to manage multiple work streams simultaneously supporting the execution of their deliverables
-
Strong competence in developing and managing relationships, including partnering and consulting
-
Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to bridge the gap between data science and business management.
