JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for data and business intelligence (BI) engineers to help us modernize data access and data-driven decision-making. In this position, you will design, develop, and support data and business intelligence applications. These applications include: extract, transform, and load (ETL) workflows; data warehouses and data marts; and interactive reports and dashboards. Additional duties include database design, requirements analysis, and customer consultation.

Education and Experience:
This position provides an opportunity for people of varying levels of skill. If you have a lot of education, experience, and skill, we’ll compensate you accordingly. If you are early in your career, this could be a great opportunity for you, too. Different levels of pay are assigned depending on experience/education/skills.
Entry Professional (Level 52): Requires a minimum of an associate degree or two years of a combination of education and related experience. ($59,000 to $76,500 approximate starting salary range)
Early Career Professional (Level 53): Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or related experience; 1 industry certification preferred related to tools used in the job ($66,000 to $86,000 approximate starting salary range)
Professional (Level 54T): Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and related experience; 1–2 industry certifications preferred related to tools used in the job ($79,500 to $103,000 approximate starting salary range)
Senior Professional (Level 55T): Bachelor’s degree (master’s degree preferred) plus 5 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and related experience; 1–2 industry certifications preferred related to tools used in the job ($92,500 to $120,000 approximate starting salary range)
Enterprise Subject Matter Expert (Level 56T): Bachelor’s degree (master’s degree preferred) plus 10 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and related experience; 1–2 industry certifications preferred related to tools used in the job ($107,500 to $139,500 approximate starting salary range)
Skills, abilities, or knowledge needed:
You are not required to have experience in all areas listed below. What you don’t know we can teach you. We are seeking the most qualified candidates; the more you have, the more likely you are to be selected. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and skills.
- Relational database modeling, design, and management (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL Server)
- Data warehouse and data mart modeling and design
- Tools for data movement, integration, and quality control (SQL, Informatica, Python)
- API tools
- Event and stream processing (Kafka)
- Data virtualization tools (Dremio)
- Data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Operating environments and file management (AWS, Linux, Windows)
- Analytic methodologies
