Job Description

  • Run Daily Reports to send out to the company
  • Run Daily Audits on ongoing work orders
  • Run Deep-Dive Audits on specific client work orders when requested
  • Provide an analysis of reports completed to provide feedback to Management
  • Run Meetings when request to provide feedback to Management or Teams
  • Aid with providing data and creating PowerPoints to the clients when requested
  • Write up standard operating procedures for new clients or update for existing clients
  • Assist Analytics and Process Manager with anything that is needed

Qualifications

  • Reporting and Auditing Experience Required
  • Knowledgeable in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Time Management skills
  • Organizational skills
  • From the industry is recommended but willing to train
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
