Job Description
- Collaborate with executive-level management in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with all department heads
- Manage a team and provide training on all necessary reporting
- Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity.
- Establish KPI’s and SLAs for departments.
- Identify trends and drive change.
- Plan, monitor, analyze and report key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of work.
- Maximize efficiency and productivity through process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration.
- Audit and analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary.
- Implement cross-training programs & continued education for better utilization of personnel resulting in improved employee satisfaction and increased compliance.
- Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key initiatives.
- Build and maintain a repository of business processes and procedures.
- Build out compliance program to improve operational performance.
- Communicate all operating policies and/or issues at department meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
- Reporting and Auditing Experience Required
- Heavily proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Time Management skills
- Organizational skills
- Stong oral and written communication skills
- From the industry is recommended but willing to train
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
