Position Purpose: Responsible for analytic data needs of the business unit. Handle complex data projects and acts as a lead for other Data Analysts.
- Provide advanced analytical support for business operations in all or some of the following areas: provider data, member data, and external reporting.
- Perform detailed analysis on multiple projects, recommend potential business solutions and ensure successful implementations
- Synthesize complex data into presentations for internal and external audiences
- Model data using MS Excel, and/or other data ware house analytical tools.
- Extract, load, model, and reconcile large amounts of data across multiple system platforms and sources.
- Develop reports and deliverables for management.
- Diagnose problems and identify opportunities for process redesign and improvement
- Assist with training and mentoring other Data Analysts.
Education/Experience:Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. 4+ years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience. Healthcare experience preferred. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications, including Excel and PowerPoint preferred. Project management experience preferred.
Pay range: $64,500 to $116,000 per year
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. The employee may be eligible for bonuses and other forms of compensation.
