The Team
The Reporting and Analytics group within Fidelity’s Workplace Investing (WI) organization is seeking a Systems Analyst/Scrum Master to play a key role in maintaining a Reporting application in OBIEE with Informatica for ETL and facilitating the migration to Cloud (Snowflake and AWS).
The team deals with data acquisition in Oracle Exadata, through ETL and enhancing the reporting application.
We are also responsible to move the entire application to AWS Cloud / Snowflake. Part of this migration includes migration from OBIEE to a new compatible tool such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
The Expertise We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a technology related field (e.g. Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) required.
Hands on experience as a System Analyst and Scrum Master
Experience in writing complex queries, Pl-Sql function and ETL.
Database development, primarily in Oracle PL/SQL
Experience in Reporting tools (OBIEE or similar) and Data Warehousing and modeling concept
Working experience in OBIEE RPD and Report Development.
Scrum Master knowledge and direct experience with Agile development methodologies required
6-9 years of experience as a Systems Analyst
Proven agile experience including agile tools Jira and Mural
AWS Cloud Technologies Experience Preferred
Strong knowledge of financial services is a plus
