Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business management or related technical field, from an accredited college or university. Advanced degree highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Dedicated support analyst for the B2B Display sales organization.
- Responsible for leveraging multiple data points for bench-marking, assessing and recognizing key activities and trends that are impacting a client’s business and transforming them into critical market insights.
- Delivers strategic and consultative recommendations to help guide and pattern brand and product expectations in the retail environment.
- Closes the gap between field and corporate groups to deliver a better retail strategy, resulting in the overall betterment of the Company by helping to align focus with studied precision.
Essential Duties:
- Develop internal reporting dashboards via Tableau using a variety of data sets
- Identify business requirements from team leaders
- Reporting development in Excel
- Produce insights on state of the business based on weekly refresh of published dashboards
- Conduct division training on software platform utilization
- Assist Operations Management in process development projects where needed
- Support ad hoc analysis requests from business stakeholders
Necessary Skills:
- B2B IT Channel Industry experience
- Superior Excel skills coupled with strong analytical capabilities and business savvy
- Competency in Tableau dashboard development and Tableau admin functions
- Plan, organize and prioritize multiple assignments and projects
- Work independently and in a team environment, in order to achieve personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames.
- Accurate and timely analysis working with large multi-variable data sets
- Ability to handle multiple requests and re-prioritization in a fast paced environment
- Independent problem solver that demonstrates resourcefulness and takes initiative
- Approachable individual that actively engagements with customer teams, internal support teams and Executives to achieve common goals
Qualification Requirements:
- Should have a minimum of 3 years in sales operations, product planning, statistics, finance, or related field
- Fluent in reading, writing, and verbal communications in English.
- Competency in Microsoft Office products, Salesforce, Tableau, other data cleansing and analytics tools a plus.
