Equivalent Experience
This role will be supporting day-to-day operational activities for the loyalty program, primarily focused on fraud and risk mitigation (60%), and incident resolution/monitoring (40%).
Position Summary
This individual is responsible for all risk/abuse management activities across all channels and touchpoints of the loyalty program. This includes monitoring of daily/weekly exception reporting, adhoc analysis of suspicious accounts, pulling together case details, and implementing proactive mitigation controls. He/she will work cross-functionally with the Asset Protection, Dotcom Fraud, Customer Care, IT, Loyalty Strategy, and our Loyalty Platform Vendor to understand and reflect their needs related to loyalty risk mitigation. In addition to fraud and risk mitigation, this individual acts as the incident manager ensuring that Service Now tickets are being resolved and worked appropriately, within SLA, and minimizing member impact. This includes program health monitoring to proactively identify and resolve data
discrepancies across systems.
Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience required within fraud/risk mitigation, data analysis, operational support, or related field
- SQL, Tableau, SharePoint, PowerPoint skills preferred
