What you’ll do
If you want to work in a dynamic, fast-paced organization focused on building and delivering leading cloud technologies, then the Cloud Logistic Service team has an exciting opportunity. The role consists of but is not limited to:
Key Responsibilities include:
- Monitor and assign tickets from our team ticketing queue daily to ensure all requests are processed without delay to meet business objectives
- Phenomenal attention to detail will assist in daily tasks, gathering data from various sources, maintaining trackers, and updating reports
- Able to communicate process timelines and/or challenges to stakeholders across the group
- Developing effective strategic relationships with suppliers enabling cost reductions
- Lead the onboarding process of any new suppliers
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at a cross-functional level
About you
At least two years of experience in a similar role, clearly demonstrating knowledge in a Supply Chain environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be able to interpret our processes and/or challenges to an Engineering community and stakeholders of all levels
- A self-starter who works well on their own as well as part of a team with an appetite to learn and innovate
- Ability to support an organization that is split across multiple geographical locations across various time zones
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Desired Skills
Demonstrate proficiency working in the cloud-based ticketing system
- Able to demonstrate improving efficiency in previous roles
- Proven experience in customer-facing positions
- SQL skills & SAP experience
