WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
Banking and Investment Services Division
Banking and Investment Services plays an integral role in leading the strategic vision and execution of all banking operations. Our servicing and operations professionals partner closely with all of our lines of business to carry out critical functions, including client/deposit servicing, contact center operations, payments processing, and trade and lending operations, while identifying and mitigating risk throughout the organization. Servicing and operations professionals seek to transform and define an integrated support model through automation and cutting-edge digital technologies, to deliver an excellent experience for our clients and businesses.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Tracking and monitoring data quality indicators across the bank through data quality reports and dashboards in compliance with data quality framework.
- Performing root cause analysis on prioritized data quality issues to determine appropriate fix forward and fix backward actions or remediation plans.
- Working with key stakeholders to align expected turnaround times for remediation, gaining approval for suggested remediation actions, and coordinating the appropriate action with the teams that are responsible for executing those actions and monitor remediation actions till closure.
- Participate in central data cleansing activities to accelerate the data quality remediation.
- Participate in data quality improvement initiatives and projects.
Must-Have*
- 3+ years’ experience working in the financial services industry required.
- 2+ years’ experience in Data Quality Management practices such as Data profiling, DQ Assessment, Data Cleansing, etc.
- 2+ Data Quality related solutions.
Skills and Knowledge
- Ability to understand the business context and regulatory requirements in order to define data quality functional requirements and standards.
- Ability to understand data quality reports and dashboards and effectively conduct root-cause analysis of data quality issues.
- Ability to develop solutions for remediating various data quality issues or a similar role that requires problem solving and stakeholder management.
- Skilled in communicating on complex topics and solutions and must be open to ideas from others
- Ability to create appropriate data quality remediation plans and coordinate effectively to gain approval for the execution.
- Highly motivated, collaborative, and innovative
