About the role:

Develop a strong understanding of business requirements; working with business users/ business analysts to define technical and process requirements

Translate a complex business problem to wireframes and dashboard solutions
-
Making large and/or complex data more accessible, understandable and usable through basic transformations using SQL and scripting
-
Transforming data sets, quantitative and qualitative analysis into compelling visuals.

Express creativity and ingenuity to transforming how we see and understand data
-
Design, development, testing and deployment of dashboards across tools and services
-
Collaborating with a team of data engineers and data scientists to translate business requirements clearly
-
Documentation through use cases, design docs and technical specs.

Providing visual, technical and editorial guidance.
What you bring on the table:
-
A minimum of three years of experience in data visualization, ideally 4-5 years.

Good experience in Data Visualization & Business Intelligence Technology domain
-
Experience in End-to-End implementations (actual hands on) of any of the BI Reporting & Data Visualization Tools Tableau (Preferred), Power BI (Preferred), Looker (Preferred), QlikView

Excellent storyboarding skills while creating wireframes, mockups covering the functional requirements.

Excellent visual skills, including demonstrable design knowledge, such as layout, typography, color, interaction design

Strong data analysis and SQL skills is mandatory

Strong experience in data model design using BI tool

Good understanding of data warehousing concepts

Relevant certifications (good to have)

A passion for learning and willingness to adopt and share new ideas.
Preferred Qualifications

BTech / MCA / BE degree certifications preferred

Specialized certifications in the field of Business Analytics/Visualization a plus

Experience with cloud services (AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP) a plus

Python scripting experience is a plus
-
Data Engineering knowledge with some hands on experience on Spark, Dataflow is a plus
