Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru
Responsibilities:
- Tech lead responsibility – own and drive initiatives
- Establish best practices around productionizing ML based applications and drive/own technical strategy
- Work with product management to understand customer pain points and translate them to data driven experiments and solutions
- Work with functional leads to understand areas where machine learning and model based approaches can help and drive synergies.
- Mentor junior ML (machine learning) engineers
What we are looking for:
- MS/PhD in Computer Science/Information Science
- 5 years experience
- Hands-on machine learning experience (supervised/unsupervised)
- Experience with Spark is a plus
- Experience with deep learning is a plus
- Good coding skills (in one or more – python/scala/go)
- Experience with Cloud based ML platforms is a plus
- Knowledge of storage, filesystems, data protection are nice to have
- Experience with NLP is nice to have
- Experience with Sagemaker/MLflow/Kubeflow is a plus
- Opening is for mid-senior level engineers who can take the lead and be hands-on building and productionizing ml based applications.
