This position is within the portfolio management team with YABX. Key responsibility will be following:

Functional Responsibility:

• Support the launch in new market by developing GTM strategy

• Constantly montior the portfolio and suggest approach to grow and manage the portfolio risk

• Leverage alternate data to create data surrogates to quantify portfolio risk better( CDR/Demogs/App data/Bureau data)

• Identify opportunity in the existing market to push new product and enhance customer experience((Large ticket size loans/Consent based autodebit/Risk based pricing/Gamification)

• Support various portfolio MIS and adhoc analysis

• Work with the product team in ehancing the product features like financial education, collection framework

• Get a good grasp over the credit and fraud models developed by data science team and suggest improvements

• Support the portfolio manager in framing different policies ( Eligibility/Management/Collection/Retention)

Technical Competency: Understanding of Big data platform, well versed in Python and Pyspark, Financial modeling skills good to have

Functional Competency: Experience analytics professional with focus on BFSI domain, Good understanding of Bureau data and basic banking operations
