CCWD is seeking a skilled, motivated, and team-oriented Project-Senior Administrative Analyst in the Engineering Department to support the Los Vaqueros Expansion Reservoir Project. The annual expenditure for the project is over $10M per year and is anticipated to grow to exceed $250M per year. The position will support all Departments working on LVE and also support the complex reporting requirements to the JPA, two federal funding/financing agencies, and state funding agencies.

T he Project Employee Position is full-time and temporary with benefits, for work on the Los Vaqueros Reservoir Expansion Project. The position is anticipated to last for a term of 2 to 4 years and possibly longer. Project employees are hired for specific projects of limited duration. Key Focus Areas Expected Of This Position
- Develop, track, and manage the LVE Project budget; track, review and approve invoices and expenditures; analyze budgets, costs and projected expenditures and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide programmatic leadership, oversight and controls over all budget administration within the Los Vaqueros Project.
- Support selection and implementation of a Project Management Information System (PMIS) that will be used for cost controls on the Project. The PMIS will be the first application of a project management software, and the candidate will be responsible for providing leadership across District departments for startup of the PMIS and to ensure consistency with District budgeting and cost control practices and authority levels.
- Develop, recommend and document PMIS best use practices and standards, and provide support to other users.
- Work hand-in-hand with the District’s Capital Project Management Services consultant in the development of the PMIS and day-to-day management of the LVE Project.
- Candidate may be asked to present budget and cost report to the District’s and the JPA’s Boards of Directors.

- Coordinating, preparing, developing, and administrating complex reporting requirements for the JPA, two federal funding/financing and state funding agencies.
