Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide support to various departments and senior management within Pipeline Group to identify process improvement opportunities and develop associated business cases. Other day-to-day duties include ensuring data integrity, participating in data quality control and validation, and producing documents for business case support.
Assist Pipeline Group departments with special projects including research, gathering and validating data, modeling and economic analysis and summarizing results for management.
Develop metrics and reporting, prepare and present data, gather and maintain project information for multiple projects.
Perform additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or accounting, or equivalent work experience.
Two to four years of related work or internship experience.
A self-starter with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Ability to interface with senior management.
Proficient software skills in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
