The role is to support the Pear.ai business with various data gathering, reporting, and monitoring responsibilities. Will need to communicate with internal and external clients effectively.
Ideal candidate has experience with other Utility Expense Management Providers

This individual would be supporting 3 Customer Success Managers.
Skills:
- Excel experience is important
- Must be comfortable with Microsoft Teams
- Preferred experience with HubSpot and Smartsheets
- Comfortable learning new Technologies
- Able to multi-task effectively
- Self-motivated and Organized
- Quality Written and Verbal Communication skills
- Preferred experience with Utility Expense Management
Tasks:
- Data Gathering and validation from multiple sources
- Enter Deals/create tickets in HubSpot and monitor progress
- Onboarding support and appropriate tracking and reporting
- Initial Customer Set up in Pear Platform
- Sustainability Product data collection and support
- Customer Facing Reporting needs; Invoice participation, Exception, Late arriving Bills report, Billing Data Validation
- Monitor Exception report and send proactive notifications to customers
- Will need to contact customers and/or vendors as needed
