Job Description:
The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in all aspects of marketing, sales, and enterprise data analytics, including mining, generation, and visualization and be committed to transforming data into readable, goal-driven reports and actionable insights for continued innovation and business growth. Role will report to the Marketing & Sales Analytics Leader to build and support an enterprise segmentation model, in conjunction with cross-BU input & support including building and ensuring data assets align with Enterprises practices while serving the needs of the Marketing and Sales function.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data analysis on different data sources, consolidate multiple data sets and analyze the data accurately and efficiently
- Write complex SQL queries, perform data analysis on different data sources, and make fact-based recommendation
- Analyze business processes, identify needs for advanced analytics solutions, and convey those insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
- Build and enhance Tableau dashboards
- Document data sources, report/query logic and communicate findings.
- Support Marketing and Sales Analytics team and help define technology and toolset.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience with marketing/sales data, data analysis, data integration, and data visualization projects
- Strong SQL and Tableau experience
- Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SAS, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.
- Experience working with non-technical sales and marketing stakeholders
- Foundational knowledge of data structures, data modeling, and data analytics
- Experience developing business requirements and working on projects related to data quality, data strategy, and source to target mapping
- Ability to identify ways to integrate advanced analytics solutions into existing business processes
- Ability to work within cross-functional teams
