Job Location: Irving, TX
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Scoping, planning, and performing quantitative analyses that will yield critical answers to the questions at hand. Gather and understand the required information to complete the analysis.
- Developing reports and dashboards for both operational use and executive consumption.
- Manage business processes that provide oversight and visibility of key business data to executive leaders.
- Engage representatives from across the organization to design, develop, test and deploy solutions. Drive results, and resolve issues encountered by the team, including the ability to assess and course-correct as necessary.
- Facilitating meetings to provide status, progression, and ensuring that client and CVS Health business decisions are aligned.
In this role you will operate in a highly complex and fast changing environment, while working directly with internal clients at all levels from a wide range of business areas (e.g., finance, account management, sales, and operations). You will lead by adopting organizational change, managing change throughout the organization, and providing trusted consultancy leadership to the business. To be successful you will need to mentor and facilitate collaboration amongst internal partners and utilize customer-focused principles, practices, and techniques to advance performance excellence and promote customer satisfaction.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 60,300
Maximum: 126,600
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of high-level analytical experience in an operational environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) software such as Tableau, Microsoft Power BI or similar.
- Experience with query building and relational databases, such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database, Teradata or similar.
- Team oriented and self-starter with ability to organize, prioritize, monitor, and manage tasks to closure by deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including solid experience with group presentations.
- Experience leading through influence and working effectively and efficiently in a complex organization.
- Strong decision making and creative problem-solving skills.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, a Master’s is preferred.
