The Pharmacy Operations Analyst role is part of a cross-functional team of subject matter experts that act as the functional liaisons between store teams, field leaders, outside vendors and a variety of internal business partners.

In this role, you will be tasked with supporting various activities to support the successful growth and operational execution of our Retail Pharmacy Home Delivery program. To do this, you will support day to day operational tasks, triage and track program-specific system issues, and triage store and field-level inquiries related to the Home Delivery program. Beyond routine support, this individual will be assisting with other Ad Hoc activities, including but not limited to supporting other cross-functional teams.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Become a subject matter expert on the Rx Home Delivery Program and its respective applications, in addition to some other cross-functional teams(training to be provided)
  • Day-to-day support of program-specific activities including, but not limited to:
  • Delivery setup for new stores, relocations and acquisitions
  • Supporting delivery set up for emergency or permanent closure of stores
  • Adding and editing the Rx Delivery engine with appropriate Rx Home Delivery rule set
  • Running Teradata queries to support or research issues impacting day to date operations of pharmacy home delivery
  • Managing defect resolution for systemic issues impacting Rx Home Delivery
  • Researching and providing timely responses to Help Desk tickets, emails, and inquiries from store teams and field leadership
  • Communication with store teams regarding orders, status updates, procedural questions and concerns
  • Ensuring compliance of our employee-driver delivery procedures across all applicable CVS store locations
  • Ad Hoc activities to ensure the continued optimization of our delivery programs and some other cross-functional teams


Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 19.50
Maximum: 38.99

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years experience with MS Office products, including PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience using Teradata SQL and Oracle SQL
  • Previous pharmacy experience, using the Pharmacy Dispensing System preferably RxConnect
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated organizational skills
  • Ability to respond to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks at one time
  • Aptitude to learn other processes and applications
  • Ability to interpret large data sets, analyze them, and make recommendations based on facts
  • Willingness to take on additional responsibilities
  • Demonstrated ability to participate on multiple cross-functional project teams to achieve on-time results


Education

Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required.
