This Senior Financial Analyst, Claims Adjustment position focuses on claim adjustment processing; and responsibilities include the management and maintenance of assigned processes, process and procedure development, and the performance of analytical research
as required.
With respect to process management, the Financial Analyst, Claims Adjustment would own one or more assigned processes, and would have principal responsibility for assuring that Service Level process timelines are satisfied, for monitoring and tracking process performance, and for identifying and recommending opportunities for process improvement.
Regarding process and procedure development, the Financial Analyst, Claims Adjustment would be responsible for defining procedure tasks, for documenting both the process and its associated work instructions, and for successfully implementing this newly defined process. With respect to analytical research, this Claims Analyst would work with service requesters to understand the specific nature of the question being raised, would utilize proprietary tools to research these questions, and would the present the findings to the requester; assuring that the requester’s needs have been fully addressed.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 43,700
Maximum: 97,400
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

PBM (Prescription benefit Management) industry experience
- RxClaim Adjudication System experience
- Medicare Part D experience
- Experience with SQL (Structured Query Language) and SAP
- The ability to work with complex systems and to apply critical thinking skills
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
