**This is a 3-6 month contract**
- Must be full-time on-site in downtown San Bernardino, CA** (Prefer SoCal candidates, but willing to talk with out-of-area candidates who might specifically match the Must Have skills)
**Rate range: 1099 or C2C: $70 – $80, W2: $50 – $70 depending on education and experience**
What You Need for this Position
At least three months experience working with CityView360 or MyGov or CitizenServer or Accela other civic software solutions for Code Enforcement, Licensing, Land Use, or other regulatory functions.
At least one year experience working with multiple complex technology projects, performing business systems analysis and working with both business and technical stakeholders of the project.
Software testing experience
Proficient understanding of Agile tools and Microsoft Project.
Database Design
Microsoft SQL and SSRS
Knowledge of Windows Server 2019
Knowledge of IIS
It Is a Plus If You Have
Bachelors degree in Information Systems/Management, Computer Science or any closely related field is strongly desired (commensurate business experience considered)
