Senior Analyst Competitive Intelligence

What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Analyst, you will be contributing to business strategy and influence decision making based on information gained from deep dive analysis. You will produce actionable and compelling recommendations by interpreting insights from complex data sets. You will design processes to consolidate and examine unstructured data to generate actionable insights. You will also partner with business leaders, engineers and industry experts to construct predictive models, algorithms and probability engines.
You will:
- Perform extensive primary and secondary online & offline research about our customers to create pool of detailed information that will drive analytical model creation and statistical research, contributing towards worldwide sales strategy & planning for Dell
- Design, develop and program methods, processes and systems to consolidate and analyze unstructured data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights and solutions.
- Produce actionable and compelling recommendations by interpreting, exploring, identifying and communicating insights discovered from complex data sets.
- Collects and analyzes data required for projects including web scrapping and external vendor research. Summarizes, creates, and distributes reports as needed.

Essential Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of related experience in Market Research projects. Experience with online research including web scrapping and external vendor research
- Fluency in MS Excel and other MS Office products
- Strong working knowledge of job associated programming languages SQL server & PowerBI
- Knowledge of VBA, Python is a plus
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Attention to details and ability to work with ambiguity
