Work you’ll do

As a Labor Economist, you will:

• Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work
• Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues
• Conduct relevant research, data analysis
• Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products

Qualifications

Required:

• Active Secret security clearance required
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5 years of experience with one or more of the following: workforce transformation, workforce planning, workforce development, workforce analytics, people analytics, human capital analytics, or research analytics
• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, VBA, SQL server, automation, macros, Visual Basic, R, or KPIs
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time
• Ability to travel 25-50%, on average, to the client site in the DC area based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

• 1+ years as a labor economist
• 2+ years of experience with SQL, VBA, Tableau, & Python
• 2+ years of experience with analytical tools (Excel, Macros, Access, SPSS, or SAS)
