Partnering directly with our Head of Data Science & Analytics and founding members of Discord, you will join us during an exciting period of growth – both as a company and as a business. This is a one year contractor position, so we are looking for someone who is excited to jump right in and help us find amazing talent to add to Discord! What you’ll be doing Complete end-to-end ownership of your recruiting pipelines across Discord’s Data Science & Analytics organization Develop relationships with both Head of Data Science & Analytics and hiring managers to understand their needs and help them scale their teams Partner with our dedicated Data Science & Analytics Sourcer in finding qualified candidates through multiple channels, strategizing together, and leaning in together as a valued partnership Wear a consultative hat for your hiring parnters and the team as we learn and scale this organization together.
