The Associate Business Process Analyst is responsible for quality reporting, analysis and audits and for developing plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement using applicable tools. May assist in the creation, implementation, and evaluation of Total Quality Management (TQM) programs.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Has basic knowledge of theories, practices and procedures in a function or skill
• Performs routine or structured work
• Responds to routine or standard requests
• Uses existing procedures and facts to solve routine problems or conduct routine analyses
• Depends on others for instruction, guidance or direction

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of Medicare Part D, Pharmacy benefit, or PBM experience
• 2+ years of experience with issue resolution and/or remediation planning
• Intermediate level of proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Certified Pharmacy Technician
• 2+ years of experience with performance or oversight of Pharmacy claim analysis and quality practices
• Experience with Pharmacy and/or PBM Operations related to eligibility, benefits and/or claim adjudication
• Knowledge of Medicare Part D guidelines and regulations
• Demonstrated skills in building and maintaining projects plans and issue logs

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The hourly range for Colorado residents is $21.68 to $38.56. The hourly range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $23.94 to $42.40.
